The Vietnam War Memorial at Long Wharf has been vandalized with tags that seem to indicate the notorious Salvadorian gang Mara Salvatrucha, or as they’re better know “MS-13.” However, it’s not inconceivable that militant anti-American leftists would use the ‘MS-13′ name to mask their hatred toward the USAF.
