I’m not sure what you mean. The Temple no longer exists.
The Temple no longer exists, neither does the 2nd Temple, but a temple exists and non-Muslims are forbidden to pray there and are given limited access.

No, “a temple” does not exist. The closest thing to a Jewish house of worship on the Temple Mount is “the Cave”, a minuscule synagogue behind the Wailing Wall.
