In case you have not seen the pictures of Ron Paul shaking hands with racists, they can be seen here. There you see !Ron Paul! posing with Don Black the owner of the White Nationalist group “Stormfront,” one of the most overtly anti-Semitic and racist web-forums that can found. There are Stormfront chapters across the globe too, it’s not just a small splinter of the KKK, from Australia to Austria to Alexandria, VA you can find Stormfronters. So, why would !Ron! !Paul! associate with this scum?
I know you may be thinking that, hey, “How was crazy old Ron to know who it was he was meeting?”
Well, first of all, I’m 99.99% sure that Don Black would have introduced himself and don’t forget, in the second picture crazy Ron is signing a personal autograph to Derek, Don Black’s son. !Ron has refused to return the donation that Black made to his campaign and he also has failed to denounce the white-supremacist types (if you recall, he has already sort of denounced the troofers). Since ‘Dr.’ Ron Paul has not yet offered an explanation, the Paul-o-sphere has been in overdrive trying to come up with some plausible excuse. For instance, there’s the Daily Paul ! ! !

Apparently, There is a photo at the LGF website that shows RP with Don Black, and his son,
They claim this is at the Valuevoters Debate ( a known Nazi hangout, I suppose), and is the typical autograph, photo-op type thing. Of course, people do photo-ops with all kinds of people. Rosalyn carter, and John Wayne Gacy comes to mind.
I suppose this could be photoshopped. If not, It makes me wonder where they got the Photo, I suppose it may be from a video camera that would be following the candidates. Who was working the Camera at that event, and who might they support ?
Speculative, but not as crazy as one might expect. But where does it go from here?
Let’s take a look at what the RonPauloons come up with over at Ron Paul Forums:
It’s real and there is proof that this is a set-up.
This was on THE DAILY PAUL today along with a picture of RP with Don Black. It appears that the stormfronters and the LGF are in kahoots! Makes sense since neither want us to get out of Iraq!
http://www.dailypaul.com/node/16071Here is the Little Green Footballs website with the article and picture
http://www.littlegreenfootballs.com/weblog/AND HERE IS PROOF THAT IT IS A SET UP!! According to this the Stormfront and Little Green Footballs are in kahoots! http://www.villagevoice.com/news/0046,ladd2,19934,6.html
Now, if one follows the link to the Village Voice in the raving Paulbat’s comment above, one may notice the date the article was published, November 2000. Little Green Footballs, of course, didn’t exist until late 2001. But hey, why should we ruin the Paulian’s little theory? We should let Don Black himself do the dirty work!
That’s right, Don Black (white supremacist and owner of Stormfront) is a member of the Ron Paul Forums. However, once the RPF noticed that LGF was linking to his comments, they started blocking unregistered viewers from certain areas of the forum. As I explain:
Just before they blocked us out the other night one of the senior members posted that Ron Paul is not a racist, he’s a racialist, and a believer in the Holy Books of Creativity (a.k.a. The White Man’s Bible). After they blocked us out I realized that I should have copied it and noted who the commenter was.
So that is what I did with Don Black’s post, at least, the only post of his which I had a chance to see before the Ron Paul Forum blocked unregistered users.
Here’s what Don Black said regarding !Ron Paul not returning the donation. This is from a thread entitled “Please Give it Back, I beg you!” (”it” being Black’s donation):
I guess one reason is that it never happened. But I keep seeing this claim all over this board, including one poster’s sig.
Say anything on the Net seven times and it becomes a “fact.”
I’ll admit not being able to resist protesting a Jesse Jackson rally two miles from my house during the 2000 post-election debacle, and I guess that’s all some people need to prove I’m really a Jewish neo-con out to wreck the Paul campaign.
Just like Bill White’s claim that Ron Paul regularly meets with White Nationalists at a Thai restaurant in Arlington. No shred of proof, just say it a few times. Unfortunately, it’s not true (though I have been to that restaurant).White is an attention whore and sometime informant, a former communist who discovered a few years ago that he could get more attention as a Halloween Nazi. He doesn’t represent us. (My bold – konservo)
I forgot to mention who ‘White’ is.
The “White,” who Don Black describes as a “Halloween Nazi” is Bill White, “Commander” of American National Socialist Workers Party. Who recently wrote:
Ron Paul Lies About Lack Of Involvement With White Nationalists
Comrades:
I have kept quiet about the Ron Paul campaign for a while, because I didn’t see any need to say anything that would cause any trouble. However, reading the latest release from his campaign spokesman, I am compelled to tell the truth about Ron Paul’s extensive involvement in white nationalism.
Both Congressman Paul and his aides regularly meet with members of the Stormfront set, American Renaissance, the Institute for Historic Review, and others at the Tara Thai restaurant in Arlington, Virginia, usually on Wednesdays. This is part of a dinner that was originally organized by Pat Buchanan, Sam Francis and Joe Sobran, and has since been mostly taken over by the Council of Conservative Citizens.
And sure enough:
Charges for the Tara Thai restaurant show up on this page listing DISBURSEMENTS FOR RON PAUL 2008 PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN COMMITTEE.
(Hat tip: Render.) at LGF
All of this leads me to 2 main conclusions.
-
The Paulosphere is crazy.
-
There is good reason to believe that Ron Paul is more than just a casual aquantance with Neo-Nazis, and this is not just because he refuses to return Don Black’s donation.
I’ve created a page to keep screen-shots of damning comments made by Paulians, so even if they are subsequently deleted, there will still be a record of them available for all to see.
Many, many, many tips-o-da-hat to Little Green Footballs

This is all part of the Leftist/Islamic/Nazi alliance.
Think Progress has ace(plunger) who’s a storm front type.
In fact Think Progress and Stormfront have the same stories.
There’s a link there!
This is extremely disturbing. I’ve downloaded the detailed version of RP’s October quarter disbursements. It’ll take a while to look through, but if most of the visits to the Tara Thai are on Wednesdays, Ron Paul may have a bit of a problem.
Keep me in the loop, Sergei.
Does anyone here think that Ron Paul has a snowball’s chance of winning the Republican nomination? Let alone the general one?
His celebrity is due to these here tubes and whatnot.
The effed up people out there who pay attention, unfortunately are paying attention.
vermontdave,
I don’t think he has a chance, but still, it’s best to get this stuff in the open, IMHO.
There’s nothing wrong with exposing white supremacists.
There’s nothing wrong with exposing white supremacists.
I can’t argue with that.
They have the same right as I do.
Free speech, ain’t it grand?
;D
Yes it is.
Just how the Founders would have wanted it.
Konservo,
Will do. It may take a while, though, as I’m currently dealing with a malfunctioning laptop and the information is not exactly presented in a concise manner.
Ron Paul is one of the best ‘protest’ candidates we’ve had for some time. I hope he continues to help deconstruct the GOP.
Sergei,
No problem. We should also keep in mind that if Paul’s been on the road then he wouldn’t have been able to make it to all of the meetings.
One of the excuses the Paulians have come up with is this:
That’s funny, because while there is a Tara Thai in Arlington, Virginia (which is the location named in Bill White’s comment at VNN),
http://www.northernvirginiamag.com/restaurants/info/54/tara_thai/
there does not seem to be one in Arlington, Texas.
http://search.msn.com/results.aspx?q=%22Tara+Thai%22+arlington+texas+&go=Search&form=QBRE
Ron Paul is a figurehead.
It’s n ot about him.
It’s a Cult!
These losers are united and using him as a figurehead!
That’s true, Trajan.
His supporters like to claim that he is against all forms of collectivism, but in fact, Paulbats/Paultards are a collective.
Campaign money spent at the Tara Thai during the October Quarter of 2007:
Monday, June 18: $25.70
Tuesday, July 3: $86.05
Monday, July 16: $42.53
Thursday, July 19: $42.21
Tuesday, July 24: $33.77
Wednesday, August 1: $43.89
Sunday, September 9: $40.44
No references were made to the “Sala Thai”.
Wow. Nice work. That is pretty often to be eating at the same Thai joint in Virginia, that just happens to be frequented by white nationalists. Especially if one is busy running for the GOP candidacy.
Thanks, Sergei!
You seem to have missed the point. Those visits were not at all regular, nor were they mostly on Wednesdays. The document I looked at broke down all of the $30,847.15 that the Ron Paul 2008 Presidential Campaign Committee spent during that period, right down to the $9.82 spent on August 2 at a Dairy Queen in Minneapolis and the $4.49 spent on August 17 at White Castle Gift Cards in Berkeley, Montana. All that this indicates is that some of Ron Paul’s campaign workers — and they are legion — eat at the Tara Thai every once in a while. The evidence indicates that, unless Ron Paul was paying for his meals out of his own pocket, which we have no reason to believe, Mr. White was lying.
I don’t know about that, Sergei.
Here is White’s comment:
http://lonestartimes.com/images/2007/12/nazi-white-screenshot.JPG
White named a restaurant that Paul and/or his aides have definately frequented, and so has Don Black:
http://djkonservo.files.wordpress.com/2007/12/don-black-at-ron-paul-forums2.png
But Black says that Paul has not been there, while White maintains that he has.
It should also be noted that Black lives in West Palm Beach, it’s quite a drive from there just to get some Tara Thai, IMHO. Bill White on the other hand, lives in Maryland (I hop, skip and a jump from Arlington, VA), and as I just found out now, is cited on Wikipedia as holding “Creativity” religious beliefs: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_White_%28neo-Nazi%29
This is what the folks at the Ron Paul Forum were saying that Paul believed in too, just before they blocked public view of their threads.
Unfortunately this was what promted me to start taking screen shots, so I don’t have proof in this case.
Anyway, Paul is on a campaign right now so I’m surprised he would make charges at a nationally known neo-nazi hang-out in the first place.
added the following at 12:30
Also, if these were meetings with the CofCC (which White claims they were) it is definately possible that Paul was their guest.
added the following at 12:33
Also, I don’t see why a Nazi would lie about this, White has no motive to do so, Ron Paul is most definately the Neo-Nazi candidate.
“Both Congressman Paul and his aides regularly meet with members of the Stormfront set, American Renaissance, the Institute for Historic Review, and others at the Tara Thai restaurant in Arlington, Virginia, usually on Wednesdays.”
The Ron Paul campaign does not “regularly” spend money at the Tara Thai. It definitely does not spend money there “usually on Wednesdays”.
“White named a restaurant that Paul and/or his aides have definately frequented”
Again, the document I examined lists all expenses by the entire campaign, not just Ron Paul and his aides. I’m not sure how many people the campaign employs, but it’s a lot.
“it’s quite a drive from there just to get some Tara Thai”
As you know, Arlington is not exactly a long and arduous journey from Washington. It does not surprise me that politically active people from far away might have found themselves in the area for some reason.
“(I hop, skip and a jump from Arlington, VA)”
The Ron Paul campaign spent $169.86 at the International House of Pancakes.
“Anyway, Paul is on a campaign right now so I’m surprised he would make charges at a nationally known neo-nazi hang-out in the first place.”
Exactly. If he were holding clandestine meetings with members of the Nazi underworld during a presidential campaign, you’d think he’d pay for it himself rather than broadcast his presence there to all and sundry.
“it’s quite a drive from there just to get some Tara Thai”
No. I meant it’s quite a drive for Black (the owner of Stormfront), who lives in West Palm Beach.
And that should have read: “A hop, skip and a jump…” Because Bill White lives in the D.C. Metro area.
“Also, I don’t see why a Nazi would lie about this”
Practice?
Seriously, though, I am not about to extend the benefit of the doubt to a neo-Nazi, especially not when his very specific claims disagree with the available evidence, and especially not when he apparently is engaged in some sort of squabble with one of the people involved.
“No. I meant it’s quite a drive for Black (the owner of Stormfront), who lives in West Palm Beach.”
He lives in Florida, but probably has visited Washington on numerous occasions for pestering legislators, leading protests, attending fundraisers, and other leisure activities popular in the nation’s capital.
By means of comparison, my grandfather maintained his home in Florida during his tenure in the first Bush administration, though he also had a home in Washington.
You don’t necessarily have to:
http://www.splcenter.org/blog/2007/10/08/extremist-group-announces-speech-by-congressman/
Remember, both Don Black and Bill White are white supremacists.
That meeting does not seem to have been at the Tara Thai. The footage of it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j8cPoCcqL3U does not seem to jibe with the restaurant’s description as having an “underwater theme”, as given here: http://www.yelp.com/biz/tara-thai-arlington
In any case, the actual evidence, in the form of the financial records, indicates that White was not telling the truth. Remember, these records were the only reason anybody was taking this issue seriously in the first place.
I actually just found that footage on youtube as well, but have not had time to watch it.
The Taft Club appearance was not at the Tara Thai restaurant. But the Taft Club is a racist organization.
Also, the records were discovered by a commenter on LGF, the issue was taken seriously because the leader of the American Nazi party claimed that Ron Paul was a white nationalist. With or without receipts, that is not something that can be said for just anybody.
Also, as I mentioned above, if the meetings were with the CofCC (racist organization) then Paul would most likely have been their guest.
“the leader of the American Nazi party claimed that Ron Paul was a white nationalist.”
The 9/11 Truthers have also claimed him as their own, as have a number of anti-war liberals. By claiming that His Eminence Ron Paul supports their cause, they lend themselves perceived legitimacy. It helps to be able to claim you have friends in high places, even if those friends don’t realize you exist. There’s probably also an element of wishful thinking involved. As Trajan said, it’s a cult.
“if the meetings were with the CofCC”
These meetings do not appear to have taken place at all.
These charges were serious enough to merit investigation. However, that investigation has failed to turn anything up. Continuing to pursue it in spite of the evidence — which I’m certain the Paulites have either already found or will find soon, since the records are freely available to the public — would only backfire. It would be better to focus on Ron Paul’s real flaws — that he is an outspoken opponent of democracy, that he wants to depopulate the District of Columbia, that he thinks the Constitution is unconstitutional, etc. — than to focus on false, or at least extremely tenuous, charges like this.
B O R I N G
*Yawn*
I say let others handle those other flaws. The meetings have not been disproven, Ron Paul has taken money from WNists and refused to return it knowing that it would have saved him from controversy, and he has been filmed speaking at the Taft Club. There is still a good chance that more on this will be known soon.
Also, it turns out that many of the neo-Nazis are troofers, and anti-war, trooferism and Sheehanism are just ways for them to hate Jews without calling too much attention to themselves.
You do know that Stormfront has sent goons to give support to Cindy Sheehan, right?
As Trajan says, it’s the NAZI-LEFTIST-ISLAMIC ALLIANCE!
“Ron Paul has taken money from WNists and refused to return it knowing that it would have saved him from controversy, and he has been filmed speaking at the Taft Club.”
This is the kind of thing I was talking about. I was referring specifically to the notion that there was financial evidence for the meetings.
“As Trajan says, it’s the NAZI-LEFTIST-ISLAMIC ALLIANCE!”
Or “NIL”, for short.
