‘What Happened to Hillary?’ And Other Unanswered Questions
Since Hillary Clinton supporters are being ostracized by what is supposed to be their own Democratic Party, there are many unanswered questions that the Dems and the Obama camp need to address. One of these questions is regarding Obama’s neglecting even to vet Hillary when looking for a Veep.
Politico:
Hillary gets stiffed
Obama has often said, most recently on NBC’s “Meet the Press” on July 27, that Clinton “would be on anybody’s short list.”
But apparently not his.
…
“She was never vetted,” a Democratic official reported. “She was not asked for a single piece of paper. She and Senator Obama have never had a single conversation about it.”
Jennifer Rubin notes that:
This should come as no shock–Barack Obama never wanted Hillary Clinton on the ticket and never gave any indication that he did. But the news that he did not even go through the motions of considering her will stoke anger among her supporters.
There certainly is anger among her supporters, and there is intrigue among those of us who are still puzzled and confused about Obama’s aspirations and intentions. Obama’s generic catch phrases (e.g. Change! Hope! Yes we can!), lies and evasive “answers” to direct questions are not reassuring.
This leaves us wondering: Barack Obama may be a celebrity, but is he ready to lead? and Barack Obama talks a lot about unity and respect, so where’s the respect for the second most popular politician in his own party?

Yes, but by whom and for what? Was it Republicans looking for dirt?
Why didn’t Obama and his people research her? Do they just take the Reps’ word for it?
