Obama Admits That The U.S. Has Intelligence Regarding Secret Nuclear Facility in Iran
This is truly unexpected news. While listening to C-SPAN this morning I heard President Obama state that Iran has not been fully cooperative with the IAEA, and, in fact:
“Iran is breaking rules that all nations must follow.”
The surprise here is not the fact that Iran “has a secret nuclear facility,” or as reality-based folks like to put it, Iran is developing nuclear weapons. The surprise is that Obama is actually speaking out against the Islamic Republic.
Let’s see if he can put his money where is mouth is.
LGF Lies About LGF
There was general outrage amongst Glenn Beck haters over “Frog-gate.” As seen in the video in my last post, Beck did not actually boil a frog. Since Beck’s clarification that, no, he did not kill any frogs Charles at LGF has misrepresented his own original position which is nicely summed up by in the title: Glenn Beck: Frog Killer. Charles claims that:
Beck portrayed this as if I accused him — literally — of killing a frog. As you can see, that’s nothing short of a lie.

Charles is portraying Beck’s segment as if Beck – literally – said that LGF accused him of killing a frog. As you can see (here), that’s nothing short of a lie. Charles is lying about Beck’s segment and about LGF’s own post that was obviously intended to smear Beck.
I Like Glenn Beck
It’s a safe bet that I disagree with Glenn Beck on several issues, but that’s true of almost everybody. However, I do agree with much of what he says and think that his show is entertaining in general.

Despite his assurances to the contrary, Sunstein has spoken stridently in favor of allowing people the right to bring suit on behalf of animals in animal cruelty cases and to restrict what he calls the more horrific practices associated with industrial breeding and processing of animals for food.
Republican Sens. John Cornyn of Texas and Saxby Chambliss of Georgia had placed a “hold” on his nomination to prevent a vote from coming to the floor. Chambliss lifted his hold in July because he said Sunstein had convinced him that he wouldn’t impose new restrictions on agriculture or hunting.
To be clear, Sunstein suggests that animals should be able to sue humans. But I don’t see why animals shouldn’t have access to the court system to resolve domestic disputes between themselves (sarc).
Obama’s regime is turning into a real Animal Farm.
8th Anniversary of 9/11/01
It’s the first 9/11 anniversary that America has seen without the commander-in-chief who kept us safe since that horrible day.
Make No Mistake: Rep. Joe Wilson (R-SC) is a Racist.
This morning I linked to a transcript of last night’s Obama speech to the Congress. However, I now have the time and am watching the video of the address on C-Span. Why? Not because I think Obama will stray too far from his teleprompter, and besides, his blunders aren’t funny when they are cold, calculated lies. No, the real reason I’m watching Obama recite his tired rhetoric is because of what I heard as I drove to work about a South Carolina Representative by the name of Joe Wilson. When Obama addressed the issue of illegal immigrants, Rep. Wilson shouted “You Lie!” when Mr. Obama played it fast and loose with the facts. But let’s be clear, Rep. Wilson had absolutely, positively NO problem with the blatant lies Obama was spewing, I’m sad to say that the outburst was, in reality, racism.
This is the most succinct explanation that I’ve read on the web and it captures the beliefs of the one caller on C-Span’s Washington Journal who brought this incident up this morning:
Like many racist White folks that are just enraged by the mere presence of a Black man in White House, Rep. Joe Wilson has clearly lost his mind.

Unfortunately the real issue with Rep. Wilson is his inability to control his clear hatred of a Black man as President of the United States and who is also his boss. It is this racist thinking and behavior that endangers our President and the very principles upon which this country was founded.
Exactly right. Not only is it racist to criticize the President… no matter what he says or does. But, any who do speak their mind are clearly a crazy and dangerous breed of racist.
Oh, and by the way, it is 100% true that Obama is the “boss” of every other politician in the nation and, incidentally, he’s the king of the USA.

This should give a general idea how Americans feel about the current health care/insurance plans. If you watch some town hall meetings on C-Span I’m sure you’ll realize that these numbers are more than generous to those who support the plans. These polls are all recent as of September 2, 2009.
